Game Issues - Race 14, 15 & 16 - 2025-09-27 19:24:46 by Jason Canobie
As you may have seen there were several issues with the game for between Race 14 and 16 which also extended to the sites ability to backup the database for races 15 & 16
As I was not able to restore the database at the points of the races I needed to for all of those races and be able determine what the real bets were from those races, I have removed all bets for Races 15 and 16 for all players and restored the game to the last available backup after race 14.
For those players who have been around for a while they will be aware that I have a no tolerance stance on cheating the system, and as a result out of the 15 players with bets placed after the start of the race, I have banned 5 accounts of players who have quite clearly either changed their bet to the race result as well as shown up with suspicous activity in the logs. Those five players have been excluded from the current seasons standings and will be banned from future participation in the game.
